One of my favorite people in life is Dave Harp who is among the Chesapeake's greatest photographers. Following exhibitions of his work at the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum and Salisbury University, the Dorchester Center for the Arts is holding a retrospective of his work that will run from August through September of 2022. The Talbot Spy asked me to do a review of the exhibition that can be found here. Once it was published, Dave told me that the photographs I selected for the article included nearly all of his favorites. They are mine as well.
